Who we are

Auto Locksmith Longbridge is a 24/7 mobile auto locksmith serving Longbridge and south west Birmingham. This policy explains what information we collect when you get in touch, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send us — typically your name, phone number, your car's make, model, year and registration, and details of the problem. Our website itself does not have a contact form and does not ask you to create an account.

Like most websites, ours may log basic technical information (such as pages visited) to help us understand how the site is used. We do not use this to identify you.

Website analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website — for example, through anonymised session recordings and heatmaps. This helps us fix confusing pages and make the site easier to use on phones. Clarity may collect interaction data such as pages visited, clicks and scrolling. It does not give us your name, and we do not use it to identify you.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide our service: quoting you a price, arranging a visit, making your key and taking payment. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as needed to run the business and meet our legal obligations — for example, for accounting. After that, they are deleted.
